Ryan and the Jets are close to an agreement, according to reports in several newspapers in New York. He played like a coach who was prepared to say goodbye to his team that he coached for 10 years. After the Ravens 23-14 loss to Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC championship game last night, said Ryan didn t have plans to meet with anyone today, but that was subject to change. Don t be surprised if defensive coordinator Rex Ryanis appointed head coach of New York Jet today.
